Digestive Aid ingredients:

DigeZyme® (Digestive Enzyme Blend)

A combination of 5 digestive enzymes amylase, protease, lactase, lipase and cellulase helps in better digestion. This compound is used in the Digestive Aid chewable tablets in the patented form called DigeZyme®, which is manufactured by Sabinsa Company in United States of America. This complex consists of gluten-free and plant-based enzymes with a wide effect. It helps to break down and digest carbohydrates, lactose, cellulose fibers, fats and proteins. DigeZyme® is resistant to stomach acid and does not lose its properties in its presence

Amylase enzyme: This enzyme breaks down polysaccharide chains such as starch into smaller components and is necessary for starch digestion and plays an important role in the digestion of carbohydrates..

Protease Enzyme: Are the Enzymes digest proteins.

Lipase enzyme: Lipase is an enzyme that breaks down fats and plays the specific role of converting triglycerides into glycerol and fatty acids.

Lactase enzyme: Lactase is an enzyme that breaks down lactose (milk sugar). Its deficiency causes lactose intolerance and makes these people have digestive problems after  drinking milk.

Cellulase enzyme: As humans naturally do not possess digestive enzymes for the degradation of cellulose,  this enzyme is necessary for fat, lactose and cellulose digestion.

– Calcium carbonate

Calcium carbonate, which is used as an antacid in “DIGESTIVE AID”, immediately increases the pH and reduces the symptoms of reflux and increased stomach acid. According to researches, the consumption of calcium carbonate in the form of chewable tablets will be effective in relieving reflux symptoms with more speed and strength.

– Fructooligosaccharide (FOS)

Short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides are a type of dietary fiber that contributes to the health of the digestive system. This fiber is one of the prebiotic compounds, which nourishes and strengthens the beneficial probiotic bacteria in the intestine and prevents conditions such as constipation.
